Affordable Shipping: We are pleased to offer shipping at a level price to anywhere in the U.S.! Order all you want--shipping will never be more than $6.95 per order! How can we do this? Because we are awesome, and we hate paying a lot for shipping ourselves. We'd rather make a living selling fabulous handmade soap than gouging you on shipping. So buy our handmade soap!
Local Pick Up: For those of you who are fortunate enough to live in or near beautiful Coeur d'Alene, ID, we are pleased to offer the option to pick up your order at our location there. Please check that option during check out. No shipping charge for you!
International Shipping and APO Addresses outside the US: Unfortunately at this time we can only ship to addresses in the USA. CANADIANS: If you are interested in ordering our products, please email us at email@example.com. We would be happy to work out a shipping price with you.
Shipping Schedule: We ship USPS Priority Mail (or First Class on orders smaller than 13 oz.) on Mondays - Thursdays. Sometimes we can ship out on Fridays, unless we are catching up or making more amazing handmade soap. Most orders are filled the same day, shipped the next. We will make every effort to fill and ship the same day on Thursdays.
We hope you'll never have a reason to return JustLikeJane handmade soap! But be assured that you may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 3-4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you'll receive a refund more quickly. This includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), processing your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and bank processing of our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you by e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
